A proud St. John's native, Courtney Ralph spent many a childhood day baking cakes and cookies, inviting friends and family to be a part of her "Baking Club" and aspiring to, one day, open her own bakery. After a few years in Business at MUN, Courtney decided to take the dive and do the Pastry Program at the Culinary Institute's Holland College campus. While completing the program, Courtney competed and won the baking division of the provincial skills competition and went on to compete nationally.
Since attaining her Pastry certificate, Courtney has completed the Ecole Chocolat Professional Chocolatier Program and plans to complete the Master program sometime in the next few years. Truly driven by her passion for baking and creating, Courtney looks forward to many more years of vintage aprons, cookies and cakes!
