Eat The Hill 2019 is a 2 day culinary festival in Clarenville at White Hills resort. The provinces best chefs come together to create amazing food paired with Clarenville's best winter activities.
Friday, January 11 - Gastro Pub & Beer Tasting
Event Ticket - $69.99 per person, (or $94.99 with a full day lift pass)
Event Start Time - 7:00pm
Some of Newfoundland’s best chefs will be on site creating their version of an Après Ski dish made with local Newfoundland ingredients, paired with a different Quidi Vidi or Port Rexton Brewery beer.
Chef’s will be located at stations in the bar, so guests can interact with the chefs and ask about their food. Each station will have a different beer sampling provided by Quidi Vidi and Port Rexton Breweries that the chef has paired with their dish. Upon entry guests will receive a pilsner glass with the Eat The Hill logo to use for their samples.

Iceberg Pre-Dinner Reception
The evening begins on the main floor of the day lodge with a pre-dinner reception featuring local beer and spirits sampling, paired with locally produced cheese and hors d’ourves.
Following the reception, head up stairs where your food, wine and entertainment await. 7 of Newfoundlands best Chefs have each prepared a course using local Newfoundland foods.
