Johnathan Schwartz hails from Cambridge, Ontario. With an extensive history in the culinary industry. Receiving his education at the prestigious Stratford Chef School. From working at the one of Canada's most exclusive golf clubs, Oviinbyrd and Michelin starred restaurant Hotel Ferrero in Spain and back to Canada to join the world class team at Langdon Hall. Now Johnathan has landed in Newfoundland. He embraces the province, from the culture to the unique products he gets to showcase in his cuisine.
