Born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador, This young and accomplished chef ignited his passion for the culinary arts in 2008 when he graduated from Marine Cooking at College of the North Atlantic. Since, Kyle has refined his culinary skills under many award winning local chefs. Kyle has competed in many culinary competitions, provincially and nationally, and has held positions on both the Junior & Senior NL culinary teams as well as Senior Team Nova Scotia. His team and individual efforts have earned a variety Gold and Silver Medals. Through his furthering education and an unrelenting desire to create and inspire, Kyle is one of the freshest and most unique talents to appear on the local restaurant scene. He is a serious chef who takes pride in his kitchen and the cuisine that it prepares.
