Sister co-owners Sonia & Shona find passion in food and culture.
With over 15 years experience in the food industry, Sonia started her career in Ireland where she trained at the Ballymaloe cookery school. Her food experiences expand from former co-owner of Lighthouse Picnics to Executive Chef at the Encana Events centre in B.C
With a love for pastry and dessert, Shona has worked as a baker for many years and has incorporated her love of travel and cuisine into her flavours.
Together, something beautiful is created.
